Booth Types

10' X 10' Exhibit Booth

Each booth space includes: 10'x10' exhibit booth, one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, cartload service as described on the welcome page, identification sign (one company name per sign, per booth), two (2) exhibitor badges.

Note: Electricity is not included with booths. The first floor of Moscone West is not carpeted.

Each booth space includes: 10'x10' exhibit booth in a premium position (end of an aisle or immediately facing a food and beverage location), one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, cartload service as described on the welcome page, identification sign (one company name per sign, per booth), two (2) exhibitor badges.

Note: Electricity is not included with booths. The first floor of Moscone West is not carpeted.

Tabletop Exhibit

Tabletop space includes: one (1) 6' draped table, one (1) chair, one (1) wastebasket, cartload service as described on the welcome page, identification sign (one company name sign per table), one (1) exhibitor badge. Decor is limited to table top space only and cannot expand into the aisles, floor or pipe and drape areas.

Attendee Mailing Labels
Includes two sets of mailing labels. One set prior to the show includes all of the planner members of MPINCC (approximately 500). One set after the show, includes all of the planner members attending the show.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made in writing and postmarked on or before December 21, 2009 will be subject to a $350 administrative processing fee.

No refunds for cancellations postmarked after December 21, 2009.
